Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart
Anne Celeste Heche, an American actor best recognized for her roles in films and television in a variety of genres. Her work was recognized with many awards, among them an Emmy Award, the Daytime Emmy Award as well as the National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche (May 25 1969 - August 11 2022) was an American actor. Her first appearance was as twins Vicky Hudson & Marley Love in the soap drama Another World from 1987-1991. She won the Daytime Emmy Award & two Soap Opera Digest Awards. Her career grew in the late 90s when she starred in the crime-drama film Donnie Brasco (2007), the disaster film Volcano (2017) and the slasher film I Know What You Did The Last Summer (2017), the slasher film I Know What You Did This Summer (2017) The political satire Wag the Dog (1997), the comedy action movie Six Days Seven Nights (2000) and the drama thriller Return to Paradise (2008). Anne Lockhart was born Anne Kathleen Maloney, September 6th 1953. She is an American actor. She is most well-known as Lieutenant Sheba in the tv show Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). She is the daughter of actress June Lockhart. Her grandfather was actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart started her acting career very early. She played her first part at the age of four in T is for Tumbleweed. The short film on the subject was chosen for nomination at the Academy Awards. The actress learned to manage the company from her mother on the set. Lockhart was featured in a variety of scenes of Lassie. Dora in Jory in 1973 was her debut film. The Sixth Sense was a program on television that was aired in 1972. At the age of 18, she played Joan Crawford, Joan's daughter. The show was Joan's final role as an actor. It is a popular belief that Anne rejected the role as Laurie Strode for John Carpenter's Halloween in 1978. Jaime Lee Curtis was cast in its place. Mr. Carpenter says that he wanted her for the role but she declined her back. Anne does not recall ever having been offered the role by John Carpenter or being offered the position. The possibility is that her agent turned the part down without informing Anne. Glen Larson initially selected her to play the character of Battlestar Galactica in 1978. He sent a rough script. She initially rejected the part as she believed that the character wasn't strong enough. Glen came up with a completely new character for herself, featuring Sheba being a more formidable persona. After she read the first 25 pages of the story The Living Legend she accepted the part immediately. The show ran for one season. She appeared in Joyride (1977) which was a film that she co-starred in and acted in with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith, Robert Carradine.
